With over a decade of occupational nursing experience combined with business leadership, our founder, Adrienne Biles, knows the ins and outs of how to medically manage work-related injuries, conquer policy and procedure development, and more. ION’s passion is to improve local companies’ daily practices by helping them face complex business-related situations, issues, and needs.

Adrienne Biles
Adrienne Biles founded ION Consulting in 2021 to bridge the gap between medicine and business.
She noticed many business leaders struggling to navigate medical-related business issues and decided to offer her expertise in nursing, business administration, and doctoral candidacy in Industrial and Occupational Psychology to assist North Dakota businesses.
Adrienne is an occupational health Registered Nurse with a graduate degree in Business. She has more than a decade of experience working in occupational medicine, policy and program management, and organizational development. This experience has allowed her to master a unique skill set, applying medical research to improve business outcomes.
Outside of ION, you can find Adrienne spending time with her husband of 22 years and their two children in Beulah. She’s a sucker for charcuterie with a good glass of wine and her bubbly personality lights up any room that she walks into.
